5. TC Revision or Cancellation 修改或取消
Revision. A TC revision maybe requested if necessary.

修改。如有需要，可以要求进行 TC 修改。
• A revision must be made within one month of the original issue date. Some exceptions apply at the discretion of the Certification Body.

取消必须在原签发日期一个月之内进行。认证机构可自行决定某些例外情况。
• In order for a revision to be considered, the Client must provide a written reason for the revision providing details regarding why the change is necessary.

申请取消时，客户必须以书面形式提供有关为何需要取消 TC 的详细信息。如果是产品已被退回，应提供相应证明。
• All hard-copy transaction certificates must first be returned to IDFL before a revision can be completed.

必须先将所有交易证书原件返还给 IDFL，才能完成取消。

Cancellation. A TC cancellation maybe requested if necessary.

取消。如有需要，可以要求取消 TC。
