Documentation 文件
Supporting documentation is required in order to successfully apply for a Transaction Certificate. All information provided should be organized and accurate in an easily auditable fashion.

IDFL verifies this documentation for the approval of the certificate.

为成功申请交易证书，必须提供支持文件。所偶提供的信息应准确有条理，以易于审核。IDFL 会查验文件以批准证书。

Necessary Documentation 需要的文件: 
• Copy of the Transaction Certificate(s) related to the incoming purchased materials used in production of the products being sold, if applicable.

与销售产品生产中使用的进货材料相关的交易证书副本（如适用）。

• Purchase Order, if applicable 购买订单（如适用）
• Invoice 发票
• Shipment / delivery documentation (or record ) such as domestic shipping record (CMR), Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Way Bill (AWB). A packing list is usually included.

装运/交付文件（或记录），如国内航运记录（CMR），提单（B/L）或运单（AWB）。通常包括装箱单。
• Summary of processing (or mass balance) that provides evidence of incoming purchased materials and the necessary processing (including production loss) for products being sold.
能证明用于销售产品的进货材料和必要加工过程（包括生产损耗）的加工（数量平衡）摘要。
Note: Not all documentation may be relevant for each company. Relevant documentation will be determined during the audit.

注意：不是所有文件都与每家公司相关。相关文件将在审核期间确定。
Pre-Consumer and Post-Consumer Material Content percentage shall be recorded separately for each batch at every certified site and recorded on the transaction certificate.
消费者前和消费后材料含量百分比应在每个认证场所分别记录，并记录在交易证书上。
